  15. I have just got Borland C++ 3.1 and am having a few problems
  16. getting it to work under Windows 95.

  18. When I try to compile any of the demo code, I get:

  20. Fatal ..\OWL\INCLUDE\OWL.H 40: Error directive: OWL applications must be built 
  21. with either WIN30 or WIN31 defined.
  22.  
  23. Does this mean Win95 is the problem?  If so, is there anything that I can 
  24. upgrade to get it working?
